I'm already looking and plan to book flight as soon as he gets his passport back. I asked him once you get your passport, when do you want to come. he said THE NEXT DAY.
He said he is nervous to leave, and I know what he is feeling. I lived in India 5 years so i can help him through it. It's not easy, but we just do what we have to for our family.

According to your timeline, I see you too missed PPR from NDVO and had ordered inquiry. I have ordered ATIP yesterday to see why they missed PPR for me (my file was transferred in June but no PPR yet). Will sending passport after getting my notes delay the visa? I should have received my request in a month (July) based on several people's timelines. Now it is going to be 2 months after the visa request which I did not get it.

As your file got transferred in June then possible reason behind delay can be strike but you did right by ordering ATIP notes. Don't worry you'll get your notes back in 30 days and you can take necessary action after that.

i knw someone whos wife gv birth in usa while she was studying now she is in india... but thr lawyer told thr is no need to apply for child coz hes citizen coz father is a citizen too...
