The courier service provider know how many pp is being dispatched from visa office. He does not know whose pp are those, but can tell the total number pp. He called me n informed. The agent is my friend

I don't understand this either. I think the case is more solid for arjun as he may have had travel history with wife on honeymoon which may solidify a case more. That is the only logic I can understand...

Most of us have just married and came back without any other substantial traveling evidence with their partners...

I am Nepali. So indian regular post does not provide service. I had paid for PP to n fro service to DTDC courier

Being excited coz visa office is sending back one pp with visa to Kathmandu tomorrow. I wish that is mine. My courier service provider called me n informed that..finger crossed

Same here, my wife do have travel history. Travel history have huge impact on delay of the application. When you have travel history, your file will go into a different department.

Hi everyone !

Nice to see how everyone is sharing their news and thoughts.

I a canadian citizen, divorced with a child form the first marriage. I met my husband through family and we decided to get married, in november 2012. After getiing our file together I submitted it at Mississauga office through an immgration firm in May 2013. My file was received at Mississauga office on May 23 2013. On June 11 2013, I received a letter stating that I had been approved as a sponsor and that my file had been transferred to Delhi for further processing. On July 19 2013, we received an email to submit my husband's passport. So the passport wa sreceived at Delhi on July 25 2013. So, now we're just waiting.

I do want him to join me soon. But, with this strike going on, I'm really worried.
Does anyone know, whether, you can still be called for an interview after submitting the passport or does it mean that you're just waiting for a visa?
