Sending passport blue dart urgent

Hi there
New Delhi ask pp request and my wife send a pp New Delhi visa office via blue dart. Ist necessary er have to send a prepaid envelope as well we forget to send prepaid envelope kindly let us know

no its not necessary to sent ....if u got the email from ndvo to send passport if u read they haven't mentioned anything in their letter to attach a prepaid envelope...hope this helps..
