Hello everyone,

I am an old member here, had applied on Sep 2013 and reached here in Nov 2014.. I cant believe that 2013 applicants are still here I never visited this website again coz I thought 2013 people would be done by now

I really wish and pray that you all are in Canada as soon as possible and NDVO starts working swiftly for which they are paid so much...

Till the time you are there if you are looking to start working here, then work on your resume and English speaking skills so that its easier to get job here..

I came in Nov and could get a job in my area of expertise in January despite of trying from Dec itself... Its been very cold here but now its getting better. BY the time you all will be here hopefully this month end, the weather will be pleasant

It has been 19 months and still file is IP, now me and my wife dont even talk about this *censored word*ty immigration thing, because you have ruined my relationship. I dont remember when she laughed talking with me.

Now you have lots of time to finalized my Immigration process because I am leaving this country and dont even care about your decision. There is no love left for this country, just because you *censored word*ers NDVO.

Me and my husband are always just fighting and arguing and are so tired of this waiting game. my husband came and visited me twice as well! he came once in 2013 and stayed a month and then again in 2014 and stayed for 8 months! the NDVO told us we will be getting our visa within a month and i can go back to canada with my husband! my husband waited for the visa for 7 months and saw that no one is giivng me a visa or even replying to our inquires and so he had no choice but to leave back to canada! I hope this all starts to clear! we all need to start emailing and sending messages to someone to help us

Call the MP office immediately. this is way past processing time. They can definitely help in speed up the process

better option go public. CIC should be ashamed of their processing time and this can only happen if speak up. Send a tweet to @MinChrisA @cicbacklog. They won't do anything untill we don't bring them public

I think ndvo again started working on 2014 cases. An applicant of 2014 got DM today.. What these people are doing y didnt they clear backlog 1st. Atleast they have to clear remedical applicants who r waiting wth ip from 2 to 6mnths

Hi I am Dec 2013 applicant. My husband is a PR and he is working in Canada. We filed for spouse visa in Dec 2013. I received 2 requests from ND immigration office asking for my relationship proof and also the medicals. Today i received a letter asking for a copy of my passport.What will the next step after this? its been 15 months of wait period to join my husband. I request some one to help me understand on the possible next steps.

Have you tried the case specific enquiry.Am not sure about how it works.It says they replies if the file has crossed the processing times.

Guys ! I dont understand,,,,,every one keeps complaining about delays but when u have a chance to raise yr voices and be heard or atleast make an attempt no one /or very few do it ........

Please let your selves be heard...Few of us cant make any change we need more voices and more people to stand up....

Hello Maanasa,
This is a good news. NDVO now asks for your passport when the processing is done to stamp visa.
Mail it ASAP, and order GCMS notes to get case specific details.

Hi, i am very confused about processing time of applications. we submit our file in july 2013. Received by delhi office on aug 2013. I send all my documents with file when we submit our file, police enquiry and medical. Passport was requested in sep 2013. Interview in sep 2014. Re-medical and In-process since 12 Sep 2014. My wife is so much depressed and disappointed with the processing time. Its been so long and nobody deserve it. First few years are golden time after marriage and we are spending it separately. When we submit our file processing time was 13 months.Then how come they did not follow the timeline. and now they are giving visas to 2014 applicants instead of 2013 applicants who are waiting. Please shed some light on this.
