without any reason they are delaying cases. i dnt have any travel history still waiting for my turn.. :'(

so start packing we dont need to do any swine flu test... gysssssss be ready ur visa on the way

Well in my case- from notes we came to know we needed a PCC from Kuwait- but we have been sending lots of mails and emails for CC to send us a request letter for us to obtain one-- CIC took almost three months to send us that request letter- and then around 2 months to get it- then wait for re-medical--- it was a long journey.
We returned the passport without them asking- just to reduce the wait for CIC to request passort

congrats mangat wish u get ur pp soon... pakka u will get ur pp within max..15 days because we saw lot of app. get there pp in 10 to 15 days

yes they dont have a reason but they have a excuse.... ndvo have work load 2 much thats by we r delaying in 2013 case.....but travel history not make any different (if u submit pcc)

Have you requested for MP inquiry?

I have done MP enquiry , notes everything.... they sent my husbands fingerprints to RCMP in canada since he has been here before. we contacted RCMP and they said that they have sent a clearance to CIC new delhi on feb 13.....no updates from CIC nothing...in process since sept 2013... I am pregnant here without my husband and in spite of sending them everything all the proof they dont bloody care..



dont know what to do anymore..looks like we are one of the last few left in 2013 applicants

How do you know that preet. Whats the source of this information. SOrry really want to believe it but after all that has gone on cant help but be skeptical...

beccause i done mp enquiry day be4 yesterday mp said to us..ndvo start working on backlog 2013 files they want to finish end of april. but i dont trust him be4 now we say 3 update in march starting whats by i m saying might he is right...yr so our turn will soon

Did everything but to no avail..I thought mines was a straight forward case..but laughing at it now.

CIC has my passport- so guess they will be sending the passport back through Indian registered mail right? could anyone who had their passport with CIC- and not used VFS_ please explain- how much time after DM was passport sent.\


Looking at 2014 forms they have been sending in 10days after DM
