Hi All,

Not Sure, What is going on with New Delhi Consulate, I have got IP since Sep 9th and waiting for Final Decision Made.

I did an MP Enquiry back in NOV 14 and they said the file is at the final stage and since then i haven't heard anything,

I have sent the File Status Enquiry along with the consent form to Embassy back in Nov and haven\t heard back from them.

Frustrated ...

How many 2013 Applicants have In Process Status Since Sep Last year, Please reply it will really help to understand the progress by Embassy.

Each time when NDVO requested more documents, it took 4 months to look at my file back again. They asked for following ARDs at different times:

1. More photographs 2. Re-medical 3. New Zealand PCC.

4 months multiply 3= 1 year. So it took extra 1 year to process my file.

i don't think this is ndvo no. Because when they call me for interview that's different no. Like ndvo call centre no. And when I try to call back then computer says welcome to ndvo but this no. Is not going through check your email if u have any doubts they send email too if they want something

I am in the same situation as yours. In process since sept. MP said file is up for review in a few months,God alone knows what the hell few months means. Sent CIC an inquiry and nothing from them. There are quite of us from 2013 in this situation,dont worrry u are not alone.

Sick of this entire process truely. hope we all get some good news soon , its high time.

Got the Immigrant Visa today (Finally phew!!)
The Visa delivery didn't accompany any great fanfare or celebrations. Even the postman must have felt bad to come ask for baksheesh (after all these days of wait) as he only left the mails with the guard and quietly walked away..

All the best to each and every person on the forum, its a grueling process but it will eventually be over. So hang in there guys!
Thanks to all those who helped share informative updates and wise guidance. This forum has been a great "go-to" place during all those times I was loosing hope. The forum has given me and many others a sense of hope and quaint understanding of the NDVO process (Which is as puzzling and mysterious as the "NWO" conspiracy!!) Nevertheless, all's well that ends well.
