ADR Applicants its on your way.. Today my husband got re-medical does it means no interview?

Sana can u please share ur timeline and when did u got an ADR request?

don't worry buddy ur notes arrived after 70 days so dats waste of time bcoz its old notes btw 2 months. ..and lots of things happened in a week...so relax ur gud news also on the way...hv lil bit more pateince. ..

The only good news is that my son received his Citizenship Certificate. I filed my son's application at Chandigarh Consulate on July 24th and the application was mailed to Sydney Nova Scotia on Aug 12th 2014. Application process was started on Sep 29th 2013 and Decision Made on Oct 3rd 2014. I received the CC Certificate on Wednesday Oct 15th in Mail. This was the typical processing time in New Delhi Visa Office in 2005-2010. IP to DM in 1 to 3 weeks times for Spouse Visa
hell a lot of people will receive their passport with shiny visa and Ecas would still say IP
RKSANDHU..did you apply for your son's SIN Card? I will do it next week...apparently our kids are not eligible for OHIP or in your case MSP card, they will be only eligible once they enter Canada

Eligibility - In process (recommended passed)
Criminality - not started
Background - Not stated
Medical - not started

Ecase shows - Application received.

God knows when they are going to finalize the case

My doubt here is application status in GCMS notes shows In-Process and e-cas shows Application Received... what does it mean !!

under assessment in page 2, is it 'in process' or 'in progress' for eligibility? ecas is not updated frequently so it may not show 'in process'...I wouldn't rely too much on ecas

•Completed MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION AND REPORT form (Page 6 and 7 of IMM5419) .
•Duly completed Re-assessment Form (attached)

So my wife had an Interview on October 6, 2014, this interview was conducted by an rude and old fashion punjabi man.

She complaint how he was constantly yelling at her and did not give her an opportunity to speak ( so much for democracy).

At the end he return her passport and said to her that i go go spend some time with her there, which he said also that i should give up my job and studies, very smart interviewer, clearly he is someone who does not know what is reality in Canada.

I wonder if Stephen Harper and Christopher Alex know what type of people are employed at NDVO?

I checked today online and the status change from App Rec'd to DM, i don't know what the verdict is.

I wrote to the Canadian Embassy in India, The Minister of Immigration, My local MP and Thomas Muclair as of yet no one has acknowledge my email. I am planning on taking my story to CBC (media) if the outcome is not favourable. These guys clearly are playing with our emotions.

We do not even have an Ombudsman Office where we can file a complaint or does anyone know what the formal process of filing a complaint?
