but when u send u ur visa then see dat whts the date they write on ur visa paper's. ..

When I reach airport and reach immigration center does my wife at that point of time needs to be present in Canada

this petition would be turned down within 5 minutes, you should first see what is happening these days,
they have increased the official on records timelines but within minutes they can prove with facts and figures that actual time is 6-7 months, and you can see all these facts in 2014 blog, people are getting visas so quickly that even they are surprised.
The only problem nobody can see is the way NDVO processing files, just to claim their 80/20 or 60/40 rule of processing i.e. clearing maximum no of files within timelines and holding a part to scrutinize in depth, they are bull*censored word*ting govt as well as public....the question is who are those people who need more in depth analysis, interview people are still acceptable (no offense) but how about the re-medical people or application received status people.

You can file a petition and they will easily come out with a non guilty written statement from Government coz they are too smart.

if you seriously want to do something, get a list of contacts for all MPs/ minister and request for an external Audit. Everybody should take a stand for themselves and write an email to all of them together, in that case they cannot deny/ignore emails, they will become answerable when the whole government is involved.
And Everything will come out instantly especially their Background checks pending **b*censored word*....which can be done in 4 days for regular applicant and needs 6 months for re medical applicant.

for months I am trying to convince govt officials to see this NDVO trick but NDVO is way too smart, official timeline 15 months to shut the *censored word* us up, issue visas in 6-7 months to few people to pretend they are so efficient in front of Government and holding a group of people to pretend they do in depth analysis for doubtful applicants and they are so serious in screening bad applicants and they are so loyal to the country.

hats off to the NDVO head/management. The only last option is approaching Human rights, which I am looking for these days and if possible spread this to media, otherwise they are enjoying more than deserved powers and messing with others lives. It should be stopped and applicants should be considered as human beings and not just file numbers and bring forward dates.

If they really dont want to give preference to professionals or clear cases alteast they shud follow the sequence instead of showing their performance. How can they just skipped files of 2013 applicants and moved to 2014.

Lets join together guys, all of us should mail to every possible person including your MP and other MPs and NDVO and ask them how can they skip our files. They have badly ruining our life and patience is not the solution anymore. They are tricking and we should do something for our right.

Petition is not going to solve the purpose they can easily show their high end performance with March, April 2014 applicants are getting VISA. But what about March-April-May-June-July-Aug and so on applicants who are ignored by them.

I am silent observer of this forum and I am Aug applicant with remedical on June end and IP since 3 Months. I completely agree with you and want to participate in this. My spouse is from Toronto. Please help me whom we should include in our mail. I am completely *censored word*ed up with their process. I think we should include Immigration Minister as well in the mail loop. When many mails go they will definitely have to ans or atleast speed up the process. Please share your MP email ID and any other email id too.

One of my known from FEB,2014 recently got Visa. They were suspecting on my case and that was really very insulting. I want to take this step to get my right.

I have signed the Petition. I want to take every possible steps to shake the process of NDVO. Please share your MP email ID. I want to mail them about all of our suffering to them including the immigration minister. And request the same to you and other forum members as well. Even Interview people are not genuinely queued for interview. 2nd Marriage is not the right reason to interview the person.

Send email To minister and CC to a maximum MPs about the issue, this is a foolish trick to hold a whole group giving official 15 months timelines and start processing latest files to show efficiency.
I am requesting this to every individual here, don't worry, nothing gonna happen to your application if you are speaking out for your rights, Canadian spouses are contributing to the country and its their right to get their families with them, Canada is a free country, people have right to speak against unfair system, and how government will come to know if we don't tell them, please everybody write emails, I bet they will open re-medical files sooner with this pressure and atleast they will see that we are watching what they are doing.

(important note: above link consist all MPs including the opposition party, so even if current party MPs deny they still have to answer to opposition)

In spousal cases it is not mandatory to prove that your sponsor can support you, but your sponsor should not be on a government grant (besides educational) or on welfare.

Although a sponsor needs to fill a form confirming that (s)he is going to support his/her spouse for first three years. It is in immigration application you fill.

Your sponsor could be temporarily out of country, but as long sponsor's permanent address indicates that (s)he 'lives' in Canada there is no issue in travelling.
