Hi guys,Ndvo called my husband and asked if to fly before 25 sept .he said okk and they said we will dispatch your PP tomorrow.But ecas is still showing in process...does it matter ????

it doesn't matter. ..in dat kind of cases when they call to fly before ur medical expires the ecas still shows AR. ..so don't worry. ..next week you sure received ur passport. ..just start ur packing

Hello Pooja & RKS,
Yes this is painful and the process is getting slower which worries me more. As we have data of 438 applicants out of 5331 applied at NDVO last year, our sample size is 8.22%, and Margin of Error with this sample is only 4.58%. What this means??? Our data shows that about 87% cases are in IP or beyond state and with less than 5% Margin of Error we know for sure that 80% of total applications are in IP or beyond state.

With that we have known about NDVO so far, I'd assume that they will not do any more than they need to do to keep up with the current processing time. This could mean one of the two things, first NDVO will either close ALL IP and DM cases within 13 month mark from their application dates to maintain the current processing time, or process most of IP & DM cases along with some AR cases to meet the target (replacing any IP or DM case that is complex).

Does anyone know if NDVO provided any estimated processing time for remaining 20% applicants (which is 13 months for 80% candidates).

This certainly is tough time for us and I believe we need to come up with some innovative ways of dealing with it. Remember Tough Times Never Last, but Tough People Do

Seriously this information is very shocking...God knows when they issue visa to remaining applicants..
even when I got time I spend my time in spread sheet..and according to my experience of this forum the remaining may to Dec applicants who are still lil bit active The TOTAL NO OF APPLICANTS IS 50 PLUS...so maybe they will clear the backlog in 2 or 3 months. ..but before new year everyone will b dere I m sure...

Really surprised to see that even IP cases and remedical cases which are already 90% through are waiting and getting frustrated.. Your case loose my heart and hope... Have you done MP enquiry? ???

These morons shud 1st finish 2013 applicants before moving to 2014. We are suffering since so long. :-X

hey don't worry sweetie. ..they just forget remedical applicants nothing else otherwise as we see other applicants like nov, Dec, or Jan they issue visas in just 8 or 9 months time period. ..so don't loose heart...

I already done 2 time MP enquiry-on first one file pending for initial review
on second one file waiting for further review. ..
its just genetic mails...now at the time of third one MP says dat we will wait for just one month then we did an enquiry bcoz 13 months completed in Sept. ....bloody morons. .

im a sept 5, 2013 applicant and today i had the status for my wifes pr changed from Appl Recd to "In process"
They have also asked for remedicals.
Anyone here know how much time itll take for these guys to finish up the process,with this re-medical being asked for?

congratss for IP. ...
my answer is not very good. .bcoz we all are remedical applicants ans still waiting for last 2 months. ...but some remedical applicants got visa in just after 1 month....so don't know whats criteria they used to issue visa...

but you just relax first done ur remedical after that don't think too much and hv pateince for few weeks you guys sure received ur visa soon. ..gud luck

OMG... such a long painful time has come to pass. Me and my wife are so relieved right now at this very moment. I can see us being together after so many days of hardship. Almost in tears right nowww!!
