Is it a longer process time if you are from Punjab than any other states?....just wondering.

not sure but applicants from punjab are subjected to more careful screening than other states mainly because there have been many cases of fraudulent marriage...

hey guys my name is Vipun we have sponsor one of our family member too so i am looking after the file behalf of my younger brother..

i have been following this form reading all the posts and learning all the tips and thoughts. thanks and CONGRATS to those who got Visa and best of luck and welcome to Canada.

1 submit application on Sep 5 2013.
2 transfer Application on Sep 23 2013.
3 requested Passport on Oct 17 2013.
4 delivered Passport on Oct 27 2013.
since than check online status application received and medical received until now.

i had email Delhi immigration asking about updates on May 2013 but today i got the replay saying our application is on Queued for interview and soon the interview date is scheduled they will mail a letter to applicant.

so Guys i need your help and what to do so i can prepare the interviewee.
1 i need to get notes (please explain how and how to read them)
2 what information should i send her from application.

please help and thanks in advance.

currently it is a year time for scheduling interviews..so you will get an interview date for sept (assuming interview dates are not filled and you are not asking for interpreter ) or oct...for question number 2, see the last two pages of notes and you will get an idea what lovely folks at new delhi visa office concerned about and you can come up with likely questions...here are the links for applying for notes

I am so fed up with NDVO. Even after remeds and IP since 3rd July, i have not got DM. Everyday I keep thinkin bout this and it's really affecting my mood and the way i have started behavin with the people around me. I amd usually irritated and frustated.. I have started talkin in a irritatin way wid my mum n dad whenever they ask me bout visa.. I feel pissed off when i see my neighbour's faces coz they question me, arey abhi tak gayi ni" grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr and all this anger is vented out on poor hubby.. I have no one else to vent it out so i yell at him, though he is sweet enough to keep quiet and listen but still I feel bad later on.. When will i get the good news.. I so so so want to close this distance as it is before our wedding we had always been in long distance since 2011. Now I do not want to handle this distance at all..
Sorry for this long post, I really needed to speak it out :'(

sorry to hear that you are going through tough time...it takes a month and half (sometimes two months) to change from 'in process' to 'decision made' after submitting remeds....so have patience, next week or in two weeks you will hear good news...

2. "Income tax filing"- due you mean T4 form, please explain me in detail.
3. Do I have to provide "Notice of assessments" for personal and my business?

My interview is on 22nd sep, my aware that they provide hindi and punjabi interpretors at Ndvo itself but i'll be hiring another interpretor from the list they have provided.. Will this postpone my interview??? Nd do i need to inform Ndvo???

hey guysss so like i mentioned before that our interview was on july 29, 2014 at chandigarh office and today we checked online and it says "IN PROCESS" is this a goood sign....(i believe it is but i need more input..)

this is how it looks now...we waited for in process for almost 14 months now!!!!

Permanent Residence
We received null Singh's application for permanent residence on June 19, 2013.

We started processing null Singh's application on July 31, 2014.

Medical results have been received.

null Singh's interview is July 29, 2014.

u r right...coz of fraudulent marriages.... genuine cases.. like ours sufferin badly!!

Earlier i filed my case in december 2013... they returned my file n it ws thr fault ..they havent checked my documents properly... reason they gave.... ur documents r not complete... So i send them again in january.... Eveybdy askin wen ru goin? hooooo......... m fed up.... so many questions...... m nt goin anywhr... m fed up answerin eveybdy

Neha stay STRONG!!! it will happen...unfortunately NDVO does take it sweet as time...if it makes you feel better this is our 14th month of waiting..and finally some movements happened now...stay strong and try to stay happy and pray.
