yes your application move without pcc's..apply as soon as possible and when in a month or 2,, you got ur pcc's then send it to ndvo's..sometimes they also asked later about fees or pcc..so its not a big deal..if it is possible then apply in july..gud luck

Dont know what r they doing with my application...everytime i open my ecase i find teh same status teasing me ...

how many oct applicant still waiting ...think some of them who got in process also are not replying ..

Pooja, I think since your is a second marriage or your sponsor's second marriage, perhaps more scrutiny but nothing can stop what is due to come to you in life and and so hang in there. Probably firstweek of august you will see IP.

mine is a second marriage but my current hubby's is first marriage n hes on pr there .... i put my app in dec but my medical was done in oct ... so what time will they consider or will they open the file as per mnth ?

I also applied in Dec. I predict that Dec files will be opened in next 3 weeks time, they will do Nov and Dec parallely.

Honestly, from what i see, if it is second marriage for either parties, then i have seen IP gets a tad little bit delayed but not by much. Hope you have provided complete Divorce petition of your previous marriage. If then, you will not get ADR. Also if first marriage end and second marriage have a time gap of 6 months or less, then you can expect a interview call. but dont worry, stay positive, and pray to God and you should retire in Canada happily with your grandkids,

My case is also straight frwd after sending ADR..and medical is going to expire on 5th August. what do u thinking on my case? Only 10 days remaining for medical expire...

so in this case its depend on them when they finished to ADR and see that all the things done on ur file. ..as per forum's experience sometimes they send the remedical request before ur medical expires or one week later and in this condition they will give u only 7 days time to done ur remedical. ...
now they start new trend to ask ADR's so in this case can't sure how they treated ADR cases...so main thing is this don't think too much just busy urself with other things bcoz when u stop thinking something gud happens...thats my personal experience...gud luck

Lolz...Never in mah lyf thought these trips would affect..how can I send the passport on mah own..Is it possible but than again if that delays..What do u think when can I expect ppr..I suppose my file can't go in process until and unless they don't ask for my ppl

one of my frnd she was June applicant and she never got passport request but when she done her remedical then she send her passport. .now she is already in Canada but in ur case ur medical expires in Oct then you know after 1 month what are the condition for you...we dealing with NDVO so can't say anything buddy. .

Do u think i have still chance of getting call from NDVO b'for medical deadline?
Should i tell my lawyer to mail ndvo to remind we have already act on ADR? And medical gonna expire in 10 days?
