Is there anyone who got adr for wedding pictures? How long did It take NDVO to reply after sending adr ?

I know every1 get diff additional requests so I wanted to ask if anybody got additional request for wedding pictures? after how long they got update from NDVO after sending adr . for me its almost 2 mnths since I got their email.

Hello all, can I please request the members who have not displayed their timeline to modify your profile to reflect your timeline.
This may be very helpful for other members reading to analyze and possibly help understand where they stand when compared.
I believe one needs to have atleast posted 10 comments before the profile is ready for modification.

Our age difference(8years)/culture difference were the main reasons for the interview... but other than that I think a major delay was the strike Immigration went on, we got caught in a 6 month delay due to that.. and I think my husband just has the worst luck ever when it comes to immigration stuff!

He has a US visitor visa in his passport - so I guess it took them from March 18 until July 9-10th when they sent us a letter asking if he ever lived in the US - which we answered on the original application, the detailed travel history we put with the app... so we had to prepare another travel history and hope this one gives them whatever it is that they are looking for..

The consent form specifically asks if you wish to obtain your spouse's information in the ATIP request. What kind of sponsor information are we looking at in the GCMS notes?

type of documents: electronic (not sure if it has notes in electronic files - when I did it, it did not have one)
File type: immigration file permanent residence (I think if you put sponsorship it will give you sponsor's details not sponsored person)

strike ruined many applicants' lives....you have waited this long and your wait will end soon in a couple of months...what other options you have but to wait...

My timeline is as follows-

Application received - 23 aug 2013
Medicals done- 8 july 2013
ppr request - 17 oct 2013

Medicals expired last week...today we got the email to just do chest x-ray to update the validity of old medicals...

I AM A PR IN CANADA, CURRENTLY RESIDING IN ONTARIO.. I APPLIED TO SPONSOR MY WIFE TO COME TO CANADA AS A PR.. SHE IS CURRENTLY RESIDING IN INDIA.. THE MISSISSAUGA OFFICE RECEIVED MY APPLICATION ON MARCH 31, 2014.. AND STARTED WORKING ON THE APPLICATION ON MAY 15, 2014. I JUST RECEIVED A MAIL TODAY ON JULY 15, 2014, STATING THAT THEY HAVE FORWARDED MY APPLICATION TO DELHI CHC, AND THAT I AM AN ELIGIBLE SPONSOR. WHEN I CHECK THE STATUS ONLINE THEY SAY MY WIFE'S PR APPLICATION IS "IN PROCESS".. MEDICAL RECEIVED... I AM PRETTY CONFIDENT, THAT THERE ARE NO MISTAKES WITH THE DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED.. AND THERE SHOULD BE NO DOUBT REGARDING OUR RELATIONSHIP (WE BELONG TO SAME ETHNICITY, SIMILAR AGE GROUP etc. AND I HAVE PROVIDED ENOUGH PROOF)..

PLEASE ADVICE ME ON THE TIME FRAME WHICH WE CAN BOTH EXPECT REGARDING MY WIFE GETTING THE PR VISA FROM DELHI... I HAVE CHECKED ONLINE... IT SAYS 13 MONTHS.... BUT I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR ANYONE'S PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.. I HAVE ALSO CHECKED THIS WEBSITE AND OTHER WEBSITES... ALL THE BLOGS ARE USUALLY OUTDATED BY A YEAR OR TWO....

I have applied for notes today. My MP has told me that Security and background checks are In Process... and that the file has just passed 13 months so keep waiting...

I am now officially the longest application without a Visa for the year 2013 I believe...

This is horrible... I am thinking of writing a letter to NDVO but obviously it will not be read and thrown into the garbage... what can I do to push my file sitting in somebody's desk and collecting dust...what are my alternatives?

thats ridiculous. ..everything is done on ur file interview,, remedical. ...what the hell is this background checks..if a person didn't do any crime for past 25 years, they waste 5 months for background checks....and if a person done any crime in the past so how many time for dere background checks. ..
the most lazy department in new delhi is this...apart from stupid VO's...

FCU is family class unit (for sure)
FCR not sure but I will take a wild guess - could be Family class review or storage..
last two pages will tell you if you have an interview or not (if you already had one then ignore this)
