The first reply i got was something like that "they have lots of previous applications to clear and lots of work load"

Now again i got a tweet from one of the employee is "next week they will release 50 to 60 % of applicants who applied in Jan & Feb"

Don't be upset & don't lose your hope !

No update from my side too... geting frustrated with this wait now... the strike at NDVO might be the major cause for delay in our file processing... God knows when this strike gonna end...

I really dont know what to update here... Its so damn frustrating... July 14th would be like 120 days sending my passport to NDVO.. I really dont know what to expect here... I just want to get the DM asap n join my husband... Common its like been ages seeing... Last i saw him was Jan... Thats a hell lot of wait...

Hi Thisu...

Don't provide wrong information to users....its clearly mention on last page of passport " Passport should not be sent out of any country by post".

I'm not sure if he authorize some one to deposit his passport while he is in USA. But staying without passport in USA again challenge for him because during regular visa checking they require orignal passport they dont believe in xerox copy.

i apologize for that and i didn't mention to authorize some one to deposit the passport on behalf of...... the answer meaning is the person can travel out side of India and he can change the visa office. once again i apologize for my answer.

Applying GCMS absolutely has no affect on your application procedure.
Only your husband (sponsor) from canada can apply for GCMS
