...and after a month of being 'In Process', I receive the re-meds letter. Although the going is slow, I am pleased there is progress. We have to look at the silver lining ...don't we?

Today we got re-medicals request from NDVO.
No passport request yet.
We are thinking to send passport with the medicals.
Any suggestions guys?

You've been in IP since feb 26th?!! :O And now they are sending you the re-medical request?

MY WIFE SUBMITTED FILE BY LAWYER FROM CANADA

File submitted on :1st may
File received confirmation : 30th May 2013
File moved to Delhi Office 30th July 2013
Got letter to submit Passport on 4th Sept. 2013
Submitted passport : 7th Sept 2013

Medical and police clearance submitted along with file on 1st may

My medical expired on 21st march 2014
My Police clearance expired on 25th March 2014... as ppl says both have one year validity.
My passport expired 31st march 2014

passports is in Delhi consulate since 7th Sept. 2014
Up till now didn't received any news or any updates as on now 4th April 2014
CAN ANY BODY GUIDE WHAT TO DO NOW AS THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING ........

My sincere advise is send medicals only, sure they will ask for passport later then, best of luck.

They might send your passport back asking to renew and send new passport to them along with new medical and new PCC.

I m lil bit worried bcoz I hv done my medical on 1july but in
September I know dat I m hepatitus-b positive..
I dnt knw ndvo create wht effect on my file..
