I totally understand the worry. 28 days is what they give as an average to reply if they deem it necessary but I am sure they would see your email way earlier than that.

Your other option would be to contact your MP and ask them to send communication directly to NDVO stating the issue. You may have quicker result through MP. You have to ask them to contact NDVO not some call centre for a general update.

Im worried because they made a mistake in my Medical UMI number. We found that in GCMS. We have done a case specific enquiry to correct it. but they will reply only after 28days. After that i should get visa soon, because my medical expires within 2 weeks then.

How long does this "In Process" stage typically take? My wife's application has been "In Process" since mid December. One month has passed and there has been no update yet. Any ideas?

We cant say how long it takes like some get it early and some get late so its hard to say it. But you should get good news too since its been one month. You can look at the spreadsheet and then you will see how many IPs waiting long. Hope you get dm very soon. All the best!

thnk u soo muchhhh....my anniv is feb 9th, I almost thought he wont make it here for anniv, but God is great Since u got meds updated I think ull be hearing something soon & thn ull be with ur beloved to celebrate anniv & v-day ;D have u done mp inquiry, gcms notes & email to NDVO recently?
