I think by jan u shld get your interview date........can u tell us why have they recommended interview for u? any idea? any red flags?

It is not right behaviour ndvo but i relazied they work with as psycolgist doctor to check our inner imprations that is totaly wrong but cic office working not with ndvo investgation they want to try to know ajectly genuine relation but ndvo are furstated with work loard but cic decission in our favour with mp

Age difference may not be the only red flag. I don't know why they didn't allow your husband to come in. Did they allow both spouses to go in for the other interviews whenever both were together? I m not sure...

You will have to wait and see what they will do in December. It may seem like another way to delay the process further. Hope they will give you good news and ask for your passport, and to redo your PCC and medicals.

I sincerely hope that they gave the passport back so that the applicant can re-do pcc and medicals (but my brain tells me that one can redo medicals without passport) and I am proven wrong (in this case i will gladly accept it without any reservation)..I sincerely hope that we are all jumping to conclusions and this applicant gets her visa...I think allowing sponsor to come in is based on the visa officer's discretion. Some members of this forum who were sponsors were let in to attend the interview along with their sponsored persons.

As for age difference, I personally know two couples where the age difference was huge - one from the phillipines the age difference was 20 something and wife got visa without any problems and the other one is a canadian husband with a cuban wife and the age difference was 30 something. Fortunately they applied from different countries where age difference is not an issue. If they discriminate based on age visa officers should be reported to CIC

assuming there are no red flags either, theoretically their files should be in fast track process in the sense that they get their visas sooner with no problems but with ND visa office theory or no theory everyone treated the same..till they get their shiny visas nothing is guaranteed and can't predict anything either...there was one case where he attended interview thought it all went well, arranged parties (not sure if he quit his job or not) and when he got his passport, he got a letter attached saying his visa application was rejected...

These guys have a weird process.. You should be ok. And I hope u not stressing urself.. Lets wait to see what have they got!

Interview was very good end of the interview visa officer said u can go we send u email about ur result she was very nice officer
1. How old are u
2. What is ur husband age
3.what job is ur husband doing
4. My husband was with me but he is sit outside of the room
5.She said i do not want to talk to ur husband
6.what we will do decission we will send u email
7.she returend marriage photographs too which we send our file ask me some relatives in the pic.

Next day they udated my e cas DM stage 2

there is nothing to worry if u don't have any travel history.......... if they have all your documents and they are satisfied they will give u the visa.....
