guys...just received my notes....eligibility passed, updated on the day it went in process.
Criminal pending and final review (updated one week after in process).....not sure how long its going to take. Also I see RFV checks not sure what that is....
Facts from my observation :
E case changes to in process when review is completed by second officer and only if eligibility is passed. (if its recommended passed then only its reviewed by the first officer)
after in process usually its faster if spouse has no travel history..in my case my wife has travel history...my guess is that's the reason its taking longer time, again it depends on case to case.
Medicals expiry date is not the date when you took it...its the date when NDVO receives it...example we took medicals in the last week of Dec 2012 and the expiry date is the last week of Jan 2013.
