Yes, the letter received from New Delhi visa post through her email address which you can consider as AOR where they have requested to submit the passport with Police Clearance certificate, Proof of Payment of Landing fees and copy of same AOR.
Yes, this letter reflects both her file number as well client ID. If she had her medical already submitted with application, she would have no problem to submit passport the moment she received the letter. But we are confused as her medical been not done at the time of application submission and further we are not able to see her on line status of Delhi visa post.
So we concluded our-selves to proceed for her medical once her staus starts appearing on scree. This is because the doctor will not handover her report and will send directly to Delhi.
Now from your post I understand to ignore on line status as she already received her passport request. So could you please confirm that I rightly got your point and please advise.
