Thanks to Myrah for keeping the positive energy flowing into this forum!! It really helps us to keep our hopes high ;D..and thanks to all other members who keep sharing their experiences....May this diwali all our prayers are heard and we keep getting diwali bonanzas through IPs and DMs. HAppy diwali to all and have a safe diwali ;D

And yes, Myrah has definitely been the most helpful person on this forum and on other forums as well, and being a Champion member proves how actively involved she is.
She really brings positivity and encouragement, boosting our morale and helping out with our questions.

Moreover, she keeps track of all of us and keeps us organized which is difficult to do because there are like 1000+ forum members and more keep joining. And even though she has a life outside of the forum, just like all of us, she still stays involved on this forum at all times.

I believe she should get standing ovation with a kick out of this forum really soon from here because she deserves it. Also, knowing her so far, even if we kick her out, she will keep coming back. That's why it needs to be simultaneous kick by everyone at the count of 3.

thanks desi-girl....sometime back I offered Myrah a choice of garlanded car with music and dance or garlanded horse/elephant for her to have a grand sent-off to the airport when she leaves..unfortunately/fortunately (depends on the NDVO person's feelings) she chose an ND visa officer on a donkey parading in front of ND visa office offering apologies...in addition to that 'event' of the century, we will have Myrah on a garlanded car to be sent off to Canada and when she arrives she will have another ceremony at Pearson airport with politician style welcome "Myrah madame ki jai" (with garlands made out of rupee notes like Mayawathi style..and silk shawls) and she will give a speech 'I owe it to all the little people of the New Delhi immigration forum'

Quick question guys...

My wife's file went in process on sept 18th and she got a call on oct 10th from NDVO to submit her passport. we shipped the passport on the same day. On oct 10th, i got my GCMS notes as well saying that interview waiver has been put thru and the relationship is genuine. Now any idea on roughly how long will it take to get the passport back with visa? in the GCMS notes it mentioned that they sent a PPR request on May 30th but we didnt receive any email from NDVO so they called us in Oct.

are there anyone here similar to my case?
