I'm kinda disgusted by NDVO upon reading this. I really pray and hope you get your visa before anyone since this has been a long wait for you. Also, have you considered writing to the Immigration Minister about your case?

It's not only March applicants waiting I have been waiting from march 2012. Al u can do is b happy they r working and wait patiently for ur turn.

hey what do u mean by you are waiting since march 2012!!!! :O :O have you applied for spousal visa? and have you got ur GCMS notes to see where your application is stuck and what's the status? your post is really worrying me. I applied in June 2013 :-X :-X :-X

She's waiting since 2012 everything is clear even in notes n no visa till now..... So ppl imagine her life.... I think everyone shld learn from her patience.... And yes it's spousal visa.... Even interview is waived everything passed... But I'm positive she will give us good news very soon

looks like NVDO can do anything they want.... its really scarry!!!! :-X

I am sorry guys but I dont understand how NDVO is working. How are april 2013 people getting in process and DM? and Us march applicants are just sitting here. frustrated!

Well I'm Jan applicant and still waiting, my case is straight forward case, nothing complicated. Its very unpredicted how New Delhi works.

wow guy it has been a super monday here on the forum.... I was like so so happy.... I was out side and didn't had much time to go through the forum but i saw that this many post with smiley faces and fb notification .. I was like I need to get home ASAP and read all good news...


My hearty Congrats to everyone who has got there e-cas changed to in process, and to people who got there visa without e-cas changed... hope you guys have a wonderful and magical married life with you spouse here in Canada...


People who still are waiting keep on the positivity going.... as you never know when we get our fair share of joy.. may be it is on its way in post

Now we know that NDVO is working for sure so everyone's turn will come... keep the positive energy flowing ....

It is just very sad and hard to live without spouse when we are married.

YOU MUST GO TO YOUR MP (EVEN IF U HAVE DONE IT SO) ..TELL HIM UR STORY...TELL HIM THT PEOPLE ARE GETTING IT(2013)....TELL HIM HOW FRUSTRATED AND STRESSED OUT YOU ARE AND THIS IS EFFECTING YOUR LIFE ...ASK HIM IF THE TIME IS 11 MONTHS WHY IT IS 18+ MONTHS WITH NO DM....THIS IS RIDICULOUS....

I SUSPECT YOUR FILE IS LOST SOMEWHERE....AND U NEED TO GIVE THEM A NUDGE....

I REALLY WANN YOU TO FIND YES OR NO AND MOVE ON ....GUD LUCK..I WISH SOMETHING GUD HAPPEN VERY VERY SOON FOR YOU

I am waiting on the file in-process since september 5.
