Hi,

we were about to apply for GCMS but then my wife called our Representative and she said don't do that they will think your case is not genuine and they will look at your application suspicious way.

She suggested we have to send them an e mail regarding our question(s) and wait for a week if we don't get an answer then we have to send them another e mail and wait for an answer if after sending them two mails
and not getting an answer from them then u guys can apply for GCMS notes.

Holy I think once my Wife gets a PR, I will study to get my Immigration license so that I can be a immigration lawyer. I cant believe some desi fudhu lawyer who probably knows absolutely nothing about immigration is charging thousands of dollars, I can surely be a betta immigration lawyer and will charge less than what they are.
GCMS notes are processed in Ottawa and this is merely the Print screen of your file. If GCMS notes would cause doubt in the mind of VO why the hell would they have this privilege. I am sure your lawyer doesn't want to take a pain to apply for notes and this is why he is saying you this. Yu should apply for notes who knows if you missed any correspondence from them? Just check this forum and so many ppl had missed their PPR and they only got to know about this my looking at their notes. Please use your own common sense and dont rely too much on these fudhu's.

Guys according to what i have read and my logics m writing this, our files after reaching ndvo once they refer they give PPR after that they send our passports at different different places and those whose passport reaches back early are being waiting for review by officer to stamp... This is why we see different timeline people getting visas soon... I can be wrong but one thing is for sure that those whose file have age gap meaning not between husband and wife but age gap meaning if u r 25 years old and u give details from 18 years but u skip one year in between then it will go in querry... As officer might doubt what u did in that year... Its just a logic... I can be wrong too...
