It is very unfortunate we cannot track timelines on the old thread because of incomplete timeline sheet. I am going create a new thread for the New Delhi 2013 applicants.

I will also be giving more people admin rights so they can update the sheet in the absence of one.

I will also reference the old thread so we do not lose any information.

Good work.... :D

Thank u for updating my timeline..... ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)

Good day

The CIC website still says that processing time once it arrives at NDVO is an average of 10 months! It could be less, but people you have to be patient. 2 months is not a long time to be waiting in this process. If you look at the 2012 spreadsheet it is taking 4-6 months minimum. Relax and be patient, no sense stressing out already.

Hello Everyone..

My Application is filed and sent on 1st May 2013.

Will confirm when it reached Mississauga as for now I do not have the details.

Good Luck to all of us and stay blessed :)

some people, it took 2 months , for others 6 months . if u have worked outside the country , it may take more time than for those who worked inside india . minimum time is 45- 90 days

What has it got to do with working inside or outside India?

More comprehensive background checks. :D

Understand comprehensive checks for the sponsor but for the person being sponsored in case for work history is not pretty understandable.

I mean if I am the person being sponsored I am an Indian citizen lived in the UK for nearly 8 years first as a student to do my masters and later started working with a (IT Tele Marketing Firm for nearly 2-3 years and then worked in hospitality for nearly 2 years then came to India worked as a self employed consultant and later went back to UK worked with in hospitality again) Now I am back to India for good got married still have UK's existing work visa, (Which means this would make my case more complicated than a person who might not have no travel history and work history at all)

There needs not waste of much time in comprehensive checks for the same?

(Can't do much about their protocol if they work this way but it can indeed reduce some of their work load and make other applicants not wait for such long periods and suffer too.)

P.S: I have seen many other countries as a tourist.

Please shed some light! :)

Personally the thread started by Gulzar has lot of information until may 2013.
It might be worth to have access to the information by forum members than getting a new thread.

I would suggest to delete this thread completely because it is causing a lot of confusion to the newbies who are trying to find answers/or post their timelines...
