New Delhi - 2012 applicants

It is almost 2 years since my passport is with NDVO. In last GCMS in Feb 2014, it was mentioned that Security clearance has been done and criminality is "in Process" in Oct 2012 that VO told me that I will get my passport with Visa in Jan-Feb 2013. Then that stupid strike delayed the whole process. I had inquired through MP but our MP is just a piece of junk.....in last query of April....he told that background check is still in process......and every time we contact him, he answered on phone and never send nay reply through the email. We had also sent an email to minister of Immigration but no reply as usual.......this bull*censored word* process is killing us like anything.....some time I doubt if they lost my passports.... :-[ I had several valid visas on my passports and moreover I am just stuck in business coz can not travel because of they are hatching on my passports.....

Really don't know to whom I approach now??We been tried to contact CHC, New Delhi, MP in Ontario, Minister in Ottawa.....now what next???? Governor general or queen????

Height of frustration.......are they looking our relation to be broke due to this looooooooooongest wait........

Hi bro...as you said you have been to New Zealand. I also have travel history to New Zealand.It's clearly mentioned on their website that CIC won't accept PCC issued by Ministry of Justice New Zealand. We have to fill consent form and they will contact New Zealand authorities on our behalf. So I did that. Yesterday I came to know by NOTES and MP that everything is OK on my file they are just waiting for PCC from New Zealand for last 2-3 months. While I didn't even have any speed ticket there.

So I came to know by searching on this forum that this is the common problem for people who have travel history to New Zealand. And there are heaps of people on this forum who did not fill any consent form, only sent PCC issued by Ministry of Justice ( it's not acceptable by CIC according their website ) got their visa without any problem.

Do you have any idea about this whole process?

Hi to all, i mean few who r waiting here. Guys i have question to u. The cases which r pending due to criminality or security, do they ever get visa??? Reply must. Its been 2 years i have applied & still in process.

I saw your timeline your medicals are valid till 1st nov 2014. Be optimistic let us hope that you get ur visa before the expiration of your medicals. Me and few other members are june 2012 applicants but since we were failed refugee claimants and some overstayed their visa's that is why they are taking for ever and our files went into the spin ie red flagged.
I am not discouraging you just to let you know even we if we are alone somehow we are all together in this wierd situation.

One more thing, pls ask your husband to order GCMS notes so that you know what are the flaws in your application.....

My husband checked online on July 30, 2014 and his online status was changed to Decision Made

I was with him in India when this news was received.

Now we are waiting to receive a letter or email from NDVO requesting for his passport to be sent for visa stamping.

Does anybody know how long it will take before NDVO sends a request for passport once the final Decision Made status is updated online?

I had just got the new GCMS notes and it says "PLS SCHEDULED AN INTERVIEW FOR ADMISSIBILITY" I am surprised now......in Oct 2012, we had given an interview for eligibility and now what is this fucking admissibility interview?? ???

Please let me know if you have any idea on it?? I had got GCMS notes on CD after ordering 80 days...though normally it took only 30 days. and now......I had seen that they also send us the old FOSS.

What is going on with us?? ???
