DM... have u recived re-medical letter
or have the lawyers?

no we will wait for a week more then contact MP..... our lawyer said that CIC has authority to extend medical till 2 years. no meds letter recvd. only DM..

CIC can extend medical for 2-3 months but not 2 years..

2 yrs extend medical,I have only seen 1- ya 2 months

Got respond from Mp. They reviewed our file but they didnt see our re medical...Which is so weird cuz we sent everything with passport and also got a confirmation from them that they received it... MP IS PUSHING THEM RIGHT NOW...HOPEFULLY SOON!... UNTIL HOW LONG??

Hello saniali,

Did you check your email , pobox or mail box.same thing had happened to me. We knew our medical was expired and we were checking our email regularly but they send my Remedical letter to pobox.after three weeks of submitting Remedical my status was changed to Dm now waiting for passport. I don't think medical can be extended to two years. It is clearly mentioned on the website medical validity is only one year.are you sponsoring or yourself applying for pr. Anyways good luck they give 30 or 45 days to submit document failure to submit document will close the application. Please check with your mp if they have send Remedical letter and i see your medical is done 2012. They made me to do Remedical I am jan 2013 applicant and I did my medical on jauanay 13 2013.good luck.

There asleep over there frm eating to much mango raas.hehehehe
Hopfeully u will hear frm mp soon an get this all cleared up.

We also had send re- medical today. We had to go back to
The docotors twice. Cuz hubby was showing a little high
Bp cuz he was nervous, also there was a little minor borderline
Cholestrol, so we had to do some more test, and I had spend
More money on a waste of those stupid test, we did kindney
Ultrsound, a bunch blood sample an echo caridogram, this medical
Cost us over 16000rs I hope appllo hospital is happy..
Anyways we got it all done and sent it out today, the doc told us she
Can send meidcal it self today, I fed ex my copy an all... Now
The wait begins for DM...................

I know its unfair..After approving, why do we have to wait so long..anyways, i will wait now...hopefully soon..

i dint recieve any lttr instead DM on my status i hope its positive..

if your lawyer is saying then your medical might have extended for two years . I wouldnt worry too much i. When did you got DM. Mine was on May 11 my passport is on the way . Good Luck

yes dm with "visa"... m is such a confused situation dear... i shd b happy or worried i dnt knw... its ramadan coming i want to spend it with hubbby..
