U should be good..Try sending email to NDVO IF they received your passport. i got a confirmation from them surprisingly and confirmed that they have received my passport. Which made us feel much better. Not its a waiting game again unfortunatly.. ???

Did you email them as well? They must have just received it yesterday.. I'm sure it will take few days for it to even get to the right person... Maybe miracles can start happening and 2012 can all get cleared up.. Wouldn't that be a dream come true! I was thinking yesterday... Maybe some spouses (from this forum) end up flying together but now knowing that their partners have been communicating! lol.. small world U know!

Yours and mine passport submission date is almost same. I submitted my wife passport on March 8th, 2013. I have a question did they sent you a mail for resubmitting the RE_MEDICAL paper again. Because, my wife medical was expired on November 22, 2013 but they never asked for re-medical. But, when we did the inquiry our MP informed that they don't need you to do Re_Medical. So, you are okay. I don't know what to believe. It's been 11 months since my application is saying In Process and haven't heard anything from the NDVO.

Yes, My hubby went for an intervew on Jan 8 2014 and they asked him to do remedical and police clereance and submit within 30 days so we did! I received a letter from NDVO a week later saying they received everything so it was just a confirmation letter from them...


If your medical epxried in Nov 2013 then mostly likely you have to do remedical again. Its been almost 3 months or may be you are one lucky person and who knows what will happen...


Keep praying anf keep sending emails to NDVO...

Hi

Just a quick update, both my husband & I flew to New Delhi for his immigration interview on February 4th. The agent was tough but finally approved our file. My husband has to redo his police clearance & his medical, he is living in India until he receives his permanent resident visa, we are waiting on the letter from Immigration to redo his medical -- The agent said she would send it in "3 or 4 days" after the interview... we are still waiting... but my husband has got his police clearance done... just sitting on our hands waiting for the mail!

Our information has been removed from ecas as well...

How long is it taking for people to get their passports back once they have an approved file & have redone the medical & PCC?
