Anyone know how ther take interview ina room or some counters are made u hav to sit adead it and there is speeaker from which u talk

You didn't order GCMS notes properly, there are 2 options:
1. Electronic files (this is what you should be selecting!)
2. Physical files (they give you a CD)

With option number 2, you cannot see the notes that an officer has put on your file. Please keep this in mind and apply again.

You can't do remedial without passport. Doctor will not even let you enter without a passport

Not really. My Medicals were done without the Pasports. I had attested copies and the medical request letter and an Id proof namely Pan card. My medicals were successfully done and submitted to NDVO as tht time my passports were already with NDVO.

2. You WALK IN THE MAIN RECPETION AREA THIS IS ( WAITING ROOM) THERE ARE INTERVIEWS ROOM ABOUT 12
3. YOU ARE GIVEN ROOM NUMBER ONCED CALLED .. YOU GO TO THE ROOM
4. GO INSIDE THER WIL BE GLASS WINDOW WITH SPEAKER ADN 2CHAIRS AND TABLE FOR U TO SIT
5. MAIN OFFICER WHO INTERVIEWS WILL BE THERE, AN THE TYPIST WHO WILL TYPE EVETHYING YOU SAY
DURING YOUR INTERVIEW ALSO IF YOU HAVE AN INTERPRTER THEY WILL ACCOMPANY YOU

Don't be scared.. you will do great.. yes we had some red flags.. our case is not straight forward..
This is why we have 3rd time.. best of luck to you my friend..

My husband got a letter from NDVO requesting him to do re medical and send new police certificate again...so whts the procedure for doing medical again?? Do we need some form??

Hi

My file has been struck in New Delhi visa office initially with VO mistake (sent PPR to wrong email address) later we informed NDVO officer to put hold our file until we get baby.

Recently we got a baby and I wanted to start process my file again updating my baby details as well.

Do I get my passport back from NDVO to apply passport for my baby ?
What are the documents required to submit for adding baby as another dependent to the file ?

Please suggest.

Hello Everbody,

Where can I complain about processing time. Our file is in processing from March 2013. We applied in the month of April 2012. It is still in processing. GCMC notes is not having any mistakes or red flags. But they are working on our file. We are tired. Six months back we have also submitted new Police and medical.

Where is your husband's passport? He would need that to do re-medical. Just like last time, find a doctor on using this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx

He would need to call a doctor and schedule an appointment. I think passport is a must to take with otherwise they don't give you the medical papers.
