Yeah we only had a court marriage but with everybody's yes even her parents were present. Mine were not as mine were not as we got married in England. But then we did have a party in England and even when we went back to india. Could be a problem. But we are lawfully married. This is stupid

we are just speculating...marriage may not be a reason for interview. If you order notes, maybe that might help you out.. it takes 30 days to get an electronic version of the report.

sometimes people don't include medical receipt or police clearance or some other documents..perhaps that's what NDVO is requesting the sponsor to provide...what does it say for items requested in your notes?

Do they tell you why you will have to face interview

notes last page or a page before tells you an interview is recommended but not sure if they tell you as to why..some 2013 forum members have indicated that in their notes the reason for interview waiver is relationship is genuine; relationship is compatible etc...but I am not sure if they give you reason for an interview. Maybe some other members can give you better explanation if their notes recommended interview and if there were any specific reasons. I ordered mine but all I saw was 'nothing started yet'

I have no idea if there was request was sent I never received an email or anything.. nor did my lawyers I

My lawers were the repersetives in my case.. they have never recived anyting.. maby email got bounce.. does it also say in ur notes..
items requested.. passport and travel document.. Im thinking should I call delhi and askl them..?? they never pick up.. that the biggest problem?im soo dam lost..

My lawyer got the email late as well. He told me a month later and we sent the passport right away. Send your pp right away with the covering letter that never received email and found out trough GCMS notes and sending it to you as soon as I can. Most of the people who missed the email has done that. That's the right way. So nothing about background and security checks in the notes ?
