@ reeyan also i have finished 10 months.... The wait killing me.....

I we got our CAIPS notes.
It says Criminality and Security in process for past four months now. How long normally it takes........... It is more than 18 months since we file our application.....

18 months is too long. Do you know what held it up for so long? Did you get a response from embassy as to the cause of such a long delay?

CAIPS notes are good. Interview waiver - Relationship established - Notes for proper documents submitted - etc etc no red flags..... Only thing is lots of delay between processes..... Some where in between medical and pcc expired and resubmitted.... I am sure application will get though but question is when.... Last step they are working on is criminality and security MP told us third party is working on it so CIC can not provide any concrete date..... It is almost 5 months they have not completed both of this.....

Search in your inbox spam or anywhere typing some key words like 'medical', delhi, or their full email id. if you did not find ask MP to request them to resend re-medical request letter. Try to convince the doctor and say the situation, show your proofs. one way may work. good luck

My husband's status changed to "in process" on Ecas this week. It says they started working on the file on August 7th.
Does any one have any ideas how long it could take to get a Decision made? I know it really varies, but just wondering if there has been an average time with this group.
Does it also mean that the interview is probably waived?

If by any chance, you have gotten your GCMS notes, check the Eligibility Status. If the status is Passed or Recommend Passed, it means interview is waived. Read the notes for further details about your eligibility status.

There is no standard pattern to predict how much time it takes to change from In Process to Decision Made. In our case, In Process date is June 13 and then we got passport request on June 27. We got visa almost a week ago and today we noticed that our e-cas turned to Decision Made.

So then that was pretty quick. I have just ordered GCMS notes and won't get them until mid-September.
Someone on the 2013 thread said theirs went IN process on August 5th and Decision made on August 14th. That is very fast too. Though I know others where it has been 3 months of In process so....

Anyone else who got their visa can tell me how long from In process to Decision Made?

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have very good news.

ECAS shows DECISION MADE!

:D

Finally, after 11 months of file reaching NDVO and 10 months after going in process.

Thank you to everyone who has been there with me, through the ups and downs. I'm praying everyone gets to be with their loved ones soon.
