First medical expired in Jan ... And how do I come to know if NDVO has rcvd the new medicals ?

As you have been already approved of visa after interview, the only unknown is the medical. Since that shouldn't be a problem, i believe 100% only outcome possible is positive. So don't worry, its just matter of time and until then enjoy your time in India with your family

The reason for me to worry is , why so long . I'm sure medically I don't have any problem . Interview was positive . The VO was very kind . Then what is holding them from taking the decision ..

We can only guess, they might be doing your background check only now.

Are you doing the medicals after getting the Medical request letter from NDVO? Or we can find the panel docs and do the medicals on our own? I have send mine and our 8 years old daughters original passport to NDVO already. What do I do now. Please suggest. Thanks

Actually medical copy 2 and PCC has to be submitted before itself along with the whole application package sent to Mississauga and if you have thought of doing your medicals now then you panel physician requires your PP(s) for doing medical checkup so I think wait for their next request letter for your both Medicals as the acknowledgment letter received by them itself is enough to show for your suggested panel physician.

Why do you think it is taking so long for some cases after having a successful interview . I mean you are waiting since Nov , I'm waiting since Aug ,, and there are many more who are waiting . Did your VO tell you anything after the interview .

I'm absolutely clueless what's happening and how they are working . Still don't know how much more time they will take to finalize our files .

Hey, ghosh !!!! would have known earlier.This will certainly lengthen the process...Any idea how long does it take them to send me the medical request letter. This waiting is killing so very weird. These people just don't want families and kids unite with thier husbands and fathers/ mothers.
