Our MP came back with a response ..... as per him everything looks in order for our file ....ndvo will contact in due course ....n if we do not hear till mid may then they will follow up with ndvo again....WTF . ...does that mean we will have to wait dat long for visa ...I was expecting that they can decide any minute now.....

Hey HS123, We all have to wait till their declared period of 10 months processing time so again we all are helpless, Infact I have noticed that those whose applications have been Inprocess have received their visa with in 1 or 2 months of their medical expiry, so have patience because we all are at final stage and this wait will end soon.

There are just a few exceptions, otherwise everyone in process gets Visa in maximum 2 months.

I would like to share with you that a DECISION has been made for my PR. Thank you very much for all the support and information. It took exactly 6 months for my application to be processed. Praise the Lord

I had given my info of timeline in page 720 but I dont see them updated in the excel. Here my timelines again for updating in the sheet:

Guys I have just one suggestion for all of you. PLEASE DONT ENQUIRE THROUGH YOUR MP. IT WILL DEFINITELY SLOW YOUR PROCESS. I HAD NOTICED THIS IN THIS SITE IN THE PAST FEW MONTHS. IF IT TAKES MORE THAN 8 MONTHS THEN GO FOR THE MP. Otherwise please wait patiently and pray for peace. Your prayers will be answered.

If they have requested for you and your child's Passport's then courier it at the earliest through any best preferred courier service like BlueDart/DHL and wait for their another request for medical report, normally New Delhi Visa Office continues to meet their commitment to a service standard of 6 months to finalization for at least 80% of cases for sponsored spouses, partners, and children. Processing times are calculated from the date the application is approved by Case Processing Centre Mississauga, after which it is sent to the visa office for further processing. For individual cases, actual processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the application and the number of new applications received by the visa office.

Thanks for your reply. I have already send our both passport on 5 the and they have received on 6th of March. How long is your presumption would they take approx, to stamp our Visa. Just a flash back my husband is a Canadian Citizen , Im an Indian citizen, He serves the Canada Post. My husband is the adoptive dad of my biological kid. Our marriage is a GOVT registered marriage and the Adoption Deed Is registered by Court.

The original passport Request date was 3rd of March 2013.

Please help.
