Recently I heard there is a way we can ask CIC to provide the detailed file status and requested for GCMS notes. After a month we got a GCMS notes and it says clearly that they already sent a mail asking Travel documents in the month of Oct, 2012 but they sent that mail to the wrong email address.
I have verified my all files (scanned copy which I sent to CIC) and it is clear that they made a mistake in email address (typo error) when asking for travel documents so I have not received that mail at all.
Could you please suggest what we can do at this situation?
Can I send my travel documents & inform about their mistake or do I need to raise complain and wait for travel documents request from NDVO again.
Please suggest.
Send a case specific query and if they dont respond within reasonable time, you can write a cover letter stating all your file details, the email address issue and send it along your passport.
