applied for Canadian citizenship for a person adopted by a Canadian citizen (on or after January 1, 1947);
applied for a citizenship certificate (proof of Canadian citizenship);
applied to renounce Canadian citizenship; or
applied to resume Canadian citizenship.

No idea why you are getting the "page cant be displayed" error.

Wait for another 3-4 weeks, After getting sponsorship approval, your file will be transferred to CHC-ND, and they will take a time to request for a passport, meanwhile tell your wife to complete her PCC and Medical stuff, so she can send all this documents with the passport.
Wait for 4 weeks at-least or sometime they will take longer, but be hopeful, by ordering a GCMS note you will only get this answer. App Received date, and sponsorship approval date.. you are way to early to order GCMS note.

and Can u please let me know what is PCC and Medical Stuff sponsor has to send along with passport?

I believe that the Ndvo had exhausted their quota for non economic (family class) immigration files because of which they ended up holding a lot of passports which they had already requested ,which would have led them to hold off sending passport request for the remaining sponsor approved files.

This has resulted in a wait game for people who have submitted the passport ( including us 3.5 months ) and for those waiting for passport request after sponsor approval.

In nut shell no choice but to wait it out ...I guess ...

Just pray that they are able to catch up and lot of people can be united together....

And Pcc is police Clearance certificate and medical certificate for applicant.It was part of the documents checklist....

You are the sponsor, you have already send all the documentation, such marriage certificates, marriage photographs, outing photographs,
PCC is stand for Police Clearance Certificate, and Medical is mandatory for each applicants.
you have already waited for 3 months, i strongly recommend you to go to Local Mp's and inquire about the status of your application.
some time they have send the request for a passport through Post, and you have not received it, it might be in transit, or return to them.
Go to your local Mp's first and request for inquiry for your spouse immigration file.
probably you will get an answer within a week time from your Local Mp's

Sorry my bad!! Pcc and medical which is mandatory for each applicant when CHC-ND requested for a passport applicant has to provide this two important documents along with their passport.,
