New Delhi - 2012 applicants

Hey .. one doubt regarding Interview... I see that for some it is waived but for others it is in place. Is there any specific reason for this? I have gone through some of the pages, but couldnt find any reasons specified any where... Pls let me know..

i agree maple ... btw just 4got to appreciate d work of Saag, for takin' such a big responsibility of updatin' d sheet so fast so quick like a rocket ;D wheneve' (i.e., almost everyday ) i go through d spreadsheet n get all d info i needed n i feel sayin' to myself "POCKET MEIN ROCKET (Saag) HAI" so no tension no worries as d sheet is up to date

To be frank Calgary ... the exact answer to ur question can only b answered by CHC officials. But what i have been looking since past 6 months n gone through 100 of webs around, i only felt dat in many cases interviews are scheduled when dere is any doubt about the relationship between the sponsor and d applicant doesn't matter even d application is approved in Step - 1.

( funny part ) And also sometimes when CHC NVDO 4gets about ur entire application n with 100's of ur calls/enquiries to dem when dey come to know about ur application ... simply dey will schedule an interview to escape from the blame n delay of ur file

Jokes apart, we all are waiting for the PP n visa, and keep looking at the sheet and do our own lill math to make sense n convince ourselves....least i could do is update it and let everyone have the current info available.

question for everyone it says DM now but address is still india address thats ok right? when i log in with UCI # i see both canadian addresses and when log in with file number i see indian address only once

Hey! I completely understand your frustration. I'm in the same boat. How about we all keep in touch once the applicants are in canada and send one email with all our signatures to the immigration ministry?

I am up for it,we are going throught what we have to , but it might make a difference for someone else!!

Hey Karanpreet. this file is awaiting initial reviews means criminality, security and eligibility checks has not been started just medical has been passed

and waiting for its turn to be reviewed by an visa officer after the other pending files are cleared.

Hey addicted123, why are you so much scared of an interview with an visa officer, much you get scared by this that much you will be unsuccessful so don't worry, tell me is it your case straight forward, is it your second marriage, why are you that much scared off?

I can understand your case that your spouse family were not involved in your marriage and also didn't accompany your spouse for joining the marriage in India as they were unhappy with the relationship just for the caste system.

In western countries caste system in marriage doesn't exist and nowadays in India also this system is totally going down, if man and a women loves each other and agrees for marriage or common law relationship then no one can interfere neither caste nor religion, Well one thing has to be said that may be visa officer may ask you in an interview that how many member accompanied along with your spouse visiting India from Canada and if you say just himself came alone then officer may ask why not parents, if not then what about brothers, sisters or at least friends? so you should try to explain about this caste system and the reason why no one haven't accompanied him to India and also try to take all your previous and after marriage communicated telephone bills, gift exchange receipts, Honeymoon photos, More marriage pictures,wedding card, marriage hall payment receipts, engagement photos, and what are the evidence of proofs of purchase during his(your spouse) stay in India every thing take along with you for an interview and may be he may ask you one more question that if you get visa and go to Canada then were do you both going to stay either with you both separately or with your spouse family together so the rest of the question are as usual as when, were and how did you meet, Bla Bla, Bla so don't worry take it easy and face the interview and sure you will get visa soon.
