Helloo ALL.. IM A NEWBIEEE

This is my 3rd time applying for my husband.. im canadian citizen. last 23 yrs. frm ottawa.. our case got rejected last 2 times. ND thought our marriiage was not genuine and fake and the whole thing was a fraud for a PR status.. From the last 2 times we have applied we have spent so much money 2 interviws.... and now im have moved back TEMPOARALY to india wid my spouse to prove he is my husband. So now I got a Lawyer from toronto.. to help wid the file.
My ECAS READS: Application recivied on..... and Meds were done.......



..For those people who are waiting and waiting..... trust me there is light at the end of the tunnel,,,, Good luck to alll.. God bless...

Sorry to hear that you had to apply 3 times. Hope and wish you will get it this time. All the best. Did you ever try appealing the rejection?

Did you appealed the decision in IAD?? you could win at IAD why you applied twice?? The fight for rights and appeal means you are genuine in relationship.

You mean Immigration Judge told you to apply with a fresh application with a lawyer?? It is just ridiculous. A judge can not say like that for sure. They have accept or reject the appeal. If they accept the appeal, CIC will have reopen the file and issue a PR.

Just don't care what others are saying. You know that one day you will be with your partner for a better future and life. Dear chitrajay.. dont be disheartened.. this is the way life is.. will make uwait for the thing you most desire.. it will come to you at the right time.. n dont give a s*** about what people have to say.. its same with us.. my wife also cries day n night but this wont lead u anywhere... just be calm n pray... the fruit which we will get will be really sweet n we wud know its value which wud have come to us after such longgggg wait wish u luck... god bless!!!

No chitrajay ive not added my wife`s name in the passport as yet... it has to be done thru some govt deptt... n indian govt deptt n their timelines take forever.. it sucksss... besides chc nd have my passport for more than 3 months now :-\
