Last week we received a letter from MP saying that our application is "awaiting initial reviews" so would you suggest whether it will be good enough to order CAIPS or have to wait for few days, I knew the fees of GCMS notes its 5 $ can but not sure about the CAIPS fee ?

The FEE are same. If you order CAIPS it would be report of all Visas offices concerned with your file. GCMS would be record of the visa office assigned to your application.

You can order your CAIPS/GCMS now as it would take approx. 45 days to process your request.

Means from the beginning till date. Like application in Mississauga, remarks and then Visa office where your application has been sent .

Oh i see, anyways thanks a lot dear and what do you suggest about the post by pritvi placed few minutes before saying 150 visas issued by mistake due to Computer glich, will this effect all of us!

Frankly Speaking there is NO Official news like that. If it was happened.....it wont effect us for sure.

This waiting game doesnt seem to be ending

they have had our passport for over 4 months now and no news from them since ppt request.... what is happening why are they taking so long.... i cant think of any reasons anymore.... why us ??? WHY

already 6 months since we applied :'(

My timeline is pretty much the exact same as yours. No news for us either.

Follow up to my last post, my wife's medical were done in June 2012, and therefore NDVO confirmed they will look at my file next year, even though I applied in June 2012. Decision to approve VISA is now based on when the medical papers expire (mostly), and current time to approve is 10 months from start till end, if everything is on order. Sorry everyone to be sharing this unfortunate news with you.

I say, we should call up an airline and buy a group rate ticket to India in January for 2 weeks. :|

I went through my MPs Office, who wrote to NDVO and this was confirmed in their email reply back. Having a bad day since I found this out earlier today....

hi everyone.....just an update....today ma hubby's father got enquiry call from ND VO.bcoz he ws in family case before and after marriage they take his name out...so i sponserd him...

wt do u guys think that he had sponseship before could delay our case????
