This is messed up......... NDVO processing time is now 10 months....

My timeline:

Application Submitted: June 13
AOR: Aug 15
Fulfill Sponsor requirements: Aug 16 (file to be sent to India there after)
Request for PPR: Sept 10
PPR Submitted: Sept 11
Status Currently: In Process
Shows receipt of medical and document review as of Oct 11
No update since...

Any thoughts?


Does it also read - documents review since Oct 11 ...or just in process?

We started processing your application on October 11, 2012.

Medical results have been received.

Does anyone know how long before I can "expect" to get the PPR back?

Looks like we will not get any good news this year.

Our MP's office told us today that NDVO replied to our inquiry saying that our case will be finalised in the new year.
I cant recall the exact words but they had to say something on the lines of quota for the year and that they are done with it.
It said that the medical is good through may 2013 and that they will finalize the case in new year.

So our fears have come true... i hope this is not true for all and others will get the visas this year.

OMG reading your note has made me cry... im so scared now... please let this be not true and please ND give us our visa's...if this is the case i dont know what i will do... its already hard as it is and im living each day of my life that we will get visa and in a couple of days will book our flights to be together

if this comes true i will be broken down... im already not able to concentrate on anything going on in my life and this has just turned everything around now...ive been living on the thought that we will be together for our wedding anniversary in jan first week

please god make my wish come true please make us be together for our anniversary

Thanks to these immigration people for making our lives worse. None of us is asking about any illegal visa so why all this? God please forgive these immigration people.

Hey rahulchd, you said that you had a telephonic interview on 11 Oct but you have mentioned in your timeline as 10th Oct, I mean did they call you both in India as well as in canada too.

New delhi called my wife in India.

Everything totally new is happening these days with Nd vo, in process status even doesn't make much difference to expect visa in few days. Otherwise sometime everone got the visa in 10-15 days after in process.
