Congrats elixir, mail your PP along with the documents requested with a good courier company like Bluedart/ DHL and get the acknowlegement of your documents from the courier compant for your tracking of confirmation received by NDVO,as CHC, NDVO does'nt acknowlege anything.
Any ways was it a evening time they email you The PPR or in the morning a time,?

Hey MANVEEN, I don't know much about your travel history, but for permanent residence application, PCC of that country is mandatory and has to be presented to NDVO, if the person He/She has stayed more than 6 months outside the native land.

It's like ages now....no Updates....

1. Before after In process people used to get decision made after max 2 weeks but now even that is not happening. Why only this time?
2. After telephonic interview people used to get decision made in 10-15 days even that is not happening.

What is going on at New Delhi makes me feel too much frustrated. What exactly they want to do now?

And the most frustrating thing is that people who applied even after many of us have already got their visas and landed.

I counted at least 7 decision made statuses in spreadsheet in one day on Oct. 1st, 2012, and another 12 between Sept 20 and Sept 25 (3 just on same day on Sept 20). May be DMs/Visas are processed in batches??? And may be there will be another lovely day or week coming, brining happiness to several people together....
