Hello friends,

I rcvd a passport request two days back and I will be sending it in a day or two. Just a couple of questions:

1) I will send the passports using blue dart direct to the following address (this address written on the PPR doc.)

Immigration Section - Service de l’Immigration
7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri
PO Box 5209
New Delhi 110021

Can someone confirm that this is the correct address right to the PO box and postal code.

2) Just curious, do we have to include a "self addressed and paid return envelope" for NDVO to use when sending back the passports?

Thanks a lot.

Hello Fadil,

Regrading your response to jun479 about the second passport request?

"What do you mean by second passport request? Did you not send the passport when you got your first passport request?"

Oh man...everyday I read something new in here. Makes me more tensed.

Thanks

Hi guys,

I immigrated as FSW and landed on 26th September, 2012 as permanent resident. Now I want to sponsor my wife and two kids under Family Class from India. They were shown as non-accompanying family members in my application. During the processing of my application they were also asked to undergo medical examination which was got done by all four of us on 12th July, 2012 and PCC for wife was also submitted. Now my question for which I am looking for anwers is :-

1. Do they again need to get medical examination done to be sponsored.

2. Which of these forms are to filled by me (sponsor) or by my wife (principal applicant)

- Generic Application Form (IMM0008)
- Sponsorship Agreement (IMM1344E)
- Additional Family Information (IMM5406E)
- Sponsorship Evaluation (IMM5481E)
- Sponsored Spouse Questionaire (IMM5490E)
- Sponsor Questionaire (IMM5540E)
- Background Declaration (IMM5669E)

Humble request to all the senior members to answer my queries...

Thanx in advance.

Thats the right address were we all have to send their this important documents once we receive their PPR from NDVO but make sure you hold that acknowledgement from the couriers office as thats only the proof of delivery as NDVO doesn't acknowledge nothing once to you despatch your documents to them.

Good luck :)

Can someone confirm that this is the correct address right to the PO box and postal code.

Hello Jenny Chen
We both have almost same time lines
Have you contacted MP?

R u a sponser or your husband?

Hey P.india26,

Will it be better if we contact our area MP in such a case were the movement of our applications process are slow in NDVO.
Will it be beneficial to contact a area MP?
Can we obtain any information regarding our applications?
Will NDVO entertains MP's request?

Your information towards the above matter will be truely appreciated and happy diwali to you.
