Did anyone else get there decision made today for pr visa or just me? Also i wanted to lnow if the sponsor gets any notice after the dm or only the applicant thanks for everyones help

Congrats for all the DM and PPR and Sponsership Approvals.

I dont know whats wronf with Nd....why are they working so slow so many people are in queue and no updates ....i wish all of u speedy DM

When some gets PPR, does it appears online too?

No It wont appear, It will only say DM on the sponsor's section and they will send you a letter that your application is forwarded . Or some ppl doesnt even get it and they directly get their Ppr in the applictans Email id.

Wish u get your ppr soon! Even if you dont. Dont worry there was an applicant who recvd ppr very late.

Please be advised that this application was received at our office on
20Aug12. It is currently awaiting initial review, following which we
will contact the applicant directly to advise of any additional
information or action required.

We are striving to make our processing of Family Class applications as
efficient as possible. We continue to meet our commitment to a service
standard of 6 months to finalization for at least 80% of cases for
sponsored spouses, partners, and children. Processing times are
calculated from the date the application is approved by Case
Processing Centre Mississauga, after which it is sent to the visa
office for further processing. For individual cases, actual
processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the
application and the number of new applications received by the visa
office.

this should be a standard response to everyone whoever contacts through MP...

and also i believe by now they should have opened ur file and started the reviewing works...

so dont worry and keep all ur hopes.. within this month u will receive ur PP back wth the Visa...

Its so frustratingggg..... Today, its 20 days since my file status is showing 'in process'. Applicant has no travel history, then what could be the reason ND is taking so long to make any decision...

I see on the side that your file transfer is on Aug 1st, why do they say that they received on Aug 20??

Based on spreadsheets, there are only 3 people from April still waiting to see any changes since PPR. Hope we all receive positive news soon!

As per my knowledge, after the day you get sponsorship approval, it take 3 weeks to get the application package at ND VO

Sincerely hoping for all the April applicants to get DM's today ......It will be great to see all August PPR's getting Visa'a this week ......Surely our time is coming nearer ......lets enjoy the wait ....

status in ecas has changed to 'In Process' and it shows 'We started processing your application on October 11, 2012.'
