How do Canada office transfer files to New Delhi after First Stage Approval? How long it takes, usually.

3 months for first stage approval. Then give it 15-30 more days for CHC ND to receive it.

Is it true that we can get Decision made after Application received stage directly without going In Process?

We heard back from the MP, she said we have to send another email for the address change and that we are in queue for an interview :'(
I hope this doesn't take forever...we are just not the typical case, but they will see that we are most definitely a genuine relationship. We miss each other so much and who knows how much longer this will take. This will hopefully be the very last hoop from CIC then we'll get a visa... :'( :'( :'(

The MP office also said that interviews are done for everyone? This doesn't sound right...maybe she meant we are just in queue for our file to be looked at??

We've ordered GCMS notes as soon as we heard from the MP office. How long do these take to come usually?

Yes, it happened for my case. Directly to DM on Oct 1. Before it was Application Received.

Don't loose hope....Hopefully you wont get any interview my friend....

Regarding GCMS notes, normally it takes around 30 days to get that....

to be frank i checked on monday evening canadian time @9pm and found status changed to DM
so i guess it was changed on monday
cos on saturday it was in process status and processing was started on 26th wed
so i guess u r next on line of DM

i checked my ECAS on saturday and then directly on monday evening canadian time 9pm

Thanks..... I dont know whats going on with ND, i checked on saturday it shows in process status, n they started processing my application on 26th sept same like yours, but still no update... Its still showing In process...

Why don't you try going to a different MP in your area? The MP office I went to isn't even mine, but he is Indian and so was the immigration lady, so I figured it would be a good choice! ;D

Ohh really? I didnt know that. I thought step 1 is much easier for the citizens. I guess basically they see how well they are settled.
Urs is a straight forward case?
