Completely agree with you...I asked this forum before to point me to a link stating that but never found anything . So people relax and don't delay your PP submission because of this rumor. If you have marriage registration certificate, that should be sufficient.

I even agree. How is it possible that they have changed this very major rule and there is no information not even on CIC website.

no it never went into "in process".. directly decision made and address change..

today.. it wsnt there till 10 in the morning but when I checked at 10.45, it was there...
