That's good. Lets hope for the best for everyone and this rule doesn't affect anyone. My wife sent her passport last week to New Delhi.

There is no such law that wife should have husband's name on passport or thw other way around. There is no such rule mentioned anywhere on cic website.
So everyone just relax.

Completely agree with you...I asked this forum before to point me to a link stating that but never found anything . So people relax and don't delay your PP submission because of this rumor. If you have marriage registration certificate, that should be sufficient.

today.. it wsnt there till 10 in the morning but when I checked at 10.45, it was there...
