Congratulations Harry. Wish u a great life ahead :D

Hello,

I would like to brief about myself and want to ask couple of questions to the fellow members. I am an Indian, came to Stockholm, Sweden, for a work assignment. I am going to apply for a Canadian Permanent Residence under Family Class Sponsorship .
Recently, I have finished my medical examinations in Stockholm, Sweden from a DMP. On the medical report, the DMP has written the Visa office as London. But I requested the DMP to send the Medical reports to New Delhi, as I will return to India in a month, the DMP has changed the visa office in the medical report copy( give to me) to New Delhi. But I am not sure, whether he changed in the visa office in the original form or not.

My question are
1) What if the medical reports are unfortunately send to London instead of New Delhi ?
2) Will that delay my application process ?
3) Is it possible to transfer the medical reports from London to New Delhi ?

Thanks in anticipation,

Good luck

Hi everyone,

I have a question. I am thinking of waiting for 2-3 weeks and then sending the application for ECAS/GCMS notes. I just wanted to know where to send both the forms - Access to Information and Personal Information Request and Authority to release Personal Information to Designated Individual. Should I sent it to the email address given - atip-aiprp@cic.gc.ca or send it directly to New Delhi as the second form says if you have already submitted the application then, send this form to the office listed on your application kit?

Thanks.

i received an e-mail from the visa that they have already sent the mail on 23rd of june and that is more than 2 months. i live very close to new delhi so its shouldn't be a problem and it could have took not more than 4 days.

Hey everyone,
I just received PPR from ND. :D I am unable to send my passport right away. Please let me know if the following msg that I composed is appropriate to send to ND. Please share your thoughts.

This is in reference to the attached email that we received from CIC regarding passport request and other 2 documents ( PRPF fee and police clearance).I have already paid the landing fees as well as submitted my police clearance with the application.

I am currently residing and working outside India(i.e. Saudi Arabia) as indicated in my application. The Saudi laws do not allow residents to keep passports in their possession. They are usually held with the sponsor(company). As New Delhi's processing time is 9 months,it would be difficult for me to get a hold of the passport for such a long period of time. Also, if a situation came up it would be difficult for me to travel without my passport.
Given the above circumstances, is it possible that New Delhi CIC requests the passport at a later stage when my file processing is almost complete?

Please let me know and advise me for the above matter.

I think it will be fine but just make sure that you email and fax it to them as well. I know some of other people have done in the past. I think there input will be more important....
