Going by the earlier precedent, DM means that your file has been reviewed by visa officer and has made a positive decision on it. You shall receive your passport in few days.

Thank you CanadaVisa, April and Santrek. It's funny how these CIC guys keep us guessing and on our toes all the time. But if this means it is the end to waiting then that's good
