guys i m confuse...i change my last name after i applied fo ma hubby...and i moved from ma own city to other city coz of ma job transfer....his file has been transfered to delhi...is it necessary to let VO know about my surname and adress change as a sponser?.....plz plz advise me....we even din get PPR yet....

Yes u should inform them about address change,
i don't know if change in last name needs to be communicated.
