hi
i used my driving licence as National Identity Document. and yes it has only address and contact numbers on the back, no eye color, height or anything else.
i will show them original in the interview :)

Maybe thats what the notes are all about. If you have other National ID documents - Voter registration, passport etc. take them as well to support your case.

i have voter card, pan card, ration card and my passport has been submitted already but there is no bio data on any of these. only address and photo

Then take these documents with you and show it to the VO. That should clear up the misunderstanding. You can remove this from the list of items to worry about! :)

Prepare and practice on the other notes and try to be interviewed together as opposed to alone.

GCMS notes are computer generated notes about your application. you can get all information about your case and notes made by your visa officer (what s/he thinks about your case)

I could only think of having travel history. My wife was studying at UK for 1 year, for which we provided PCC. However PCC is 3 months old, when it reached ND. (I submitted application without UK PCC, on 15 March, after that I received the UK PCC and hence I sent it to ND after getting file number. I am not sure whether they accept 3 months old PCC? is that making any difference? I hope each PCC is atleast valid for 6 months.)

You will be fine ! now stop stressing out on PCC.. you got other things to take care of! As I said, PCC must be issued withing 6 months of original application submitted, in ur care you submitted it even after 15 march! so you are good with PCC.. :)
