Hey, I got a lil busy with family stuff these days..I checked from mobile i dont see any error in my ecas. well I found the information exactly opposite from querying with multiple consultants here in Canada that you are not obliged to inform CHC of your coming to India as I myself was planning to visit India and stay there for few months ...may be 2-4 months and come back once my wife gets her passport. Infact, couple of consultants mentioned that it is even better, as it shows that how much genuine your relationship and how much you care for your spouse that you plan to visit India and stay for few months. I am also planning to call up MP and confirm with them if it is OK to go to India and stay there for few months. I myself felt confused between going and not going but sometimes, feelings win the battletiredofwaiting said:I don't think they have to be either but it's good to inform them if in case it is an issue for the sponsor to be in India!!
