But just for info , only two things helps to keep FIT : eat less and right , workout more and regularly !!!!
Its your choice which way you want to workout
yoga , cardio , aerobics
And its nyc to know someone in dreaming of me getting my visa.....LOL ...Thanks ! , now that I have stopped dreaming about it coz it doesn't change anything
