Hello friends, I received email with attachment saying my sponsorship app has been approved n file is sent to new Delhi. I see my online status saying decision made for myself and file received /medical result received for my wife. Can u pls tell what's the next step now?What is aor when do I receive that.

My situation is my wife is in USA and I choosed New delhi as a visa office instead of buffalo. when i submitted my file my wife FBI clearance report had crossed more than 101 days ( i heard it has to be within 90 days). Now since the ECAS stats says medical result received is there still a chance that they ask for new fbi report? if so i need to apply for it right now cause it takes atleast 8 weeks to get that. please share me what will be the next step. thank you

You should apply for FBI reports, next step will be for you to get PPR. It ranges with ND, most get with 2 weeks, but lately people have been longer around 5-6 weeks. They will most likely ask you for police clearance at the same time.

so your ecas is showing "in process" but cic-new delhi has not yet requested the passport yet ? is that what you mean ?

thats new for me ..because as far as i know,. new delhi will ask for passport immediately and then start processing the file .. ???

even i am confused bec we have no idea whats going accourding to our MP pp recquest was sent on june 1 which we didnot recived we have been checking our mail and email no news when we try conctact new delhi they are not giving us any info man this suck i am soo worried i hope our appliction get trough

Hi Arif, As discussed earlier, I thought you have submitted your passport with MP letter saying that you have missed to receive PPR that was sent on June 1. If not, you could send now with all your details. Good luck !

and click on case specific inquiry and type your notes explaining what you are looking to do
