I t seems funny to me as well.If thts the case why it took thm 3 months to send a simple letter tht says tht your case needs further medical investigation.I conveyed same thing to my consultant he said we have to wait for thr letter to arrive .

So again I have to gather more patience and wait for their letter.

If there is an email to support the reply from NDVO, I would suggest write a query to NDVO. I cannot comment on the consultant you had, but ours was very unhelpful. They do not let us do anything to contact NDVO. They have given us 100 different excuses not to contact the embassy.

In your case if there is a valid response you have from MP office, then please write to NDVO and atleast try and get things clarified.

Its better for you to wait for there reply because they have already got your PP(s) and your ecas has also been changed to "In process" since 16th September,

thats means most of your chances of Interview is waived and hope they may ignore your medical investigation as they have already got it, by chance if you receive

again then you can give one more test for their satisfaction but mostly you may not get it I hope, Most of your chances are of decision made's. :)

Hey you applied for TRV after your PR was filed how did you get the visa?

I just applied and got it within two days.....there is something called as double intent visa where you can apply for visitor visa if your application for pr is in process......but i ve heard of cases where it was denied....i just got lucky i guess.. :)

Ok but I am hearing this double intent visa for the first time so please can you tell me the procedure you applied, as once i also applied for the visit visa but it was denied and the timeline of the application filed for visit visa was similar to your's.

hii
Did you apply for visitor visa after the application for PR was received by missisauga office...?
i applied using all info from cic website.
just like a regular visitor visa application.....only difference that i mentioned in the letter that i have applied for permanent residence and gave the application no, date it was received by cic-M...etc
I also mentioned a valid reason that my husband cannot make a trip to india as he already took a long leave during wedding,....so i will be visiting him now. somehow the vo was convinced and gave me the visa for 6 months till jan 2013. :)
But had to come back as got PPR in september......Wish i could have stayed longer as now this process after sending passport seems never ending..... :( :(
