i dont think if it can create any problem, i heard on the forum that officer will ask her about the address where to send her PR card, she can tell them your new address.

soo my wife been waiting for 9 week now for her passport request. few day ago i went to a local mp to find out about a application status so we find out the they sent ppr request june 1 which we didnot recive no eamil no post now i am soo worried i hope ourt application doent reject. i need to know what to do now i called cic missiague they are like its not their problem any one please adivise help some one.

if MP confirmed that they sent out PPR then just send the passport !
i know a friend who did this .,,, his wife passport was about to expire in 2-3 months and the process of PR was almost complete at New delhi Vo ...so he just sent the passport without the PPR ... and they got passport back in few days with a stamp

Yes, I agree with Zearus comments.

Attach a cover explaining the communication that you received from your MP with UCI, File number, names, DOBs. If possible attach the email / letter that you got from your MP with the passport and send it. Good luck!

takes 2-4 weeks on average to get PPR --sometimes less, sometimes more
you can expect PPR next week or the week after

they ask for PCC with PPR if not submitted with original file ...so no , it does not effect ur processing time. you should be fine
